Delivery Information
UK MAINLAND (Royal Mail/Parcelforce), N.I & Offshore UK (Royal Mail only)
We are currently offering a NEXT DAY (Parcelforce) Service and a Royal Mail Standard Delivery Service . Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving confirmation of your order through SagePay (formerly Protx), our card handling agent.

Royal Mail Standard Delivery Service
Items will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing. Packages will be sent using the most cost efficient and convenient method available at the Post Office. These services do not require a signature on delivery. The Post Office advises that it takes up to 7 working days for this service - although in practice it can often be quicker.
If there is no one to accept the parcel the postman will leave a card so that re-delivery or collection can be arranged.
CHARGES
This is currently FREE - regardless of the number of items ordered, with a surcharge on selected items (clearly shown at Cart/Checkout)

NEXT DAY DELIVERY CARRIER - PARCELFORCE- EXPRESS 24
Orders need to be placed and payment cleared before 1pm Monday - Friday (Carriers will not collect on a weekend). They will be sent before 5pm that day, with delivery by 5pm the next working day (ie not Saturdays or Sundays).
Delivery must be signed for on receipt. If no one is available to sign, a card will be posted through the letterbox, and the item will be delivered again the following day, or you have the option to ring and rearrange time/location. If unsuccessful, again a card will be posted through the letterbox and the item will be held at the nearest Royal Mail Depot for collection.
CHARGES
£5.99 PER DELIVERY
PLEASE NOTE: some areas of Scotland and most offshore islands do not qualify for 5pm Express 24 Next Day. Extra charges may be required - If you require delivery to these areas please contact us at the shop on 01943 851166 Monday – Saturday 9.30am – 5.30pm.
EUROPE - AIR MAIL
Items in the "under 1kg price band" are charged at £7.00, whilst items in the "under 2kg price band" are charged at £12.00 (£7 & £5 surcharge). Items over 2kg will be charged at £47.00 (£7 & £40 surcharge).
Items will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing and should take 5 days for delivery - although in practice this is often quicker.
REST OF WORLD - AIR MAIL
Items in the "under 1kg price band" are charged at £15.00, whilst items in the "under 2kg price band" are charged at £25.00 (£15 & £10 surcharge). Items over 2kg will be charged at £70.00 (£15 & £55 surcharge).
Items will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing and should take 7 days for delivery - although in practice this is often quicker.
