Delivery Information:
Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of your order through our card handling agents Klarna or Paypal.
- UK Mainland: Royal Mail Standard Second Class Delivery Service - £5.00
- UK Mainland: Royal Mail Standard First Class Delivery Service - £7.50
- UK Mainland CARRIER Signed for 48 hour Delivery - £15.00
CHEVIN TREK RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEND BY THE MOST CONVENIENT SERVICE - THIS MAY MEAN AN UPGRADE TO COURIER DELIVERY.
Royal Mail Standard Delivery Service
Items will normally be dispatched at the Post Office within 36 hours of payment clearing. All services require a signature on delivery. The Post Office advises that First Class is normally 1-3 working days, and Second Class is normally 3-7 working days but this can vary. If there is no one to accept the parcel the postman will leave a card so that re-delivery or collection can be arranged.
Next day delivery carrier - Parcelforce
Orders need to be placed and payment cleared before 12pm Monday - Friday (Carriers will not collect on a weekend). They will be dispatched within one working day, with delivery by 5pm 2 working days later (48 hour service) ie not Saturdays or Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Delivery must be signed for on receipt. If no one is available to sign, a card will be posted through the letterbox, and the item will be delivered again the following day, or you have the option to ring and rearrange time / location. If unsuccessful, again a card will be posted through the letterbox and the item will be held at the nearest Royal Mail Depot for collection.
PLEASE NOTE: some areas of Scotland and most offshore islands do not qualify for all the above delivery types. Extra charges may be required - If you require delivery to these areas please contact us via email at sales@chevintrek.co.uk
- Europe - Air Mail: Trackable and Signed For £30
- Rest of World - Air Mail: Trackable and Signed For £40
Items will normally be dispatched within 36 hours of payment clearing and should take approximately 10-14 days for delivery - although this is often quicker.
